One-Day Tour to La Leona Station

For nature lovers not having enough time for a more intensive tour at Corcovado National Park but interested in spending a day full of gorgeous landscapes and abundant wildlife, we offer an eight-hour walk on an easy trail located at La Leona Station, where they will be able to watch up to four different species of monkeys, coatis, anteaters, agoutis, macaws and much more. Our guides will show you the wonders of such an incredible place.

We will set out from Puerto Jiménez at 5:30AM towards Carate, located 43km away, where the road ends and the trail starts.

It is important to keep in mind that this is the tropical rainforest, where it rains between 5 and 7 meters per year and humidity can hit 95%. Thus, you must be prepared for any eventuality.
